User Agreement

Terms governing use of the KStretch web application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KStretch, you agree to this User Agreement and any related policy notices presented in the app. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Permitted Use

You may use KStretch for lawful image enhancement and analysis workflows.

You agree not to use the service to:

  1. upload unlawful or malicious content
  2. attempt unauthorized access or system interference
  3. abuse automated endpoints beyond normal usage limits
  4. circumvent security or rate limiting controls

3. Output Interpretation

KStretch produces enhancement visualizations. Outputs may emphasize or suppress features and can include artifacts depending on parameters and source image quality.

You are responsible for interpretation and any decisions made based on processed imagery. Do not treat enhanced output as sole proof in high-stakes contexts.

4. Data Handling

The application uses session/cookie mechanisms required for security and operation. Uploaded and generated files may be stored temporarily for processing and download workflows.

You should avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless you are authorized and compliant with applicable law.

5. Service Availability

Service may be modified, rate-limited, suspended, or updated without prior notice for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

6. Security and Abuse Controls

Security monitoring, request controls, and abuse detection may be applied to protect users and infrastructure. Requests violating policy may be blocked.

7. Intellectual Property and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for rights and permissions related to images you upload. Do not upload material you are not authorized to process.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

KStretch is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a specific purpose, or error-free output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Tronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to This Agreement

This agreement may be updated over time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
